t/n: "Notice of disposition of the case result"
(bighit submitted a "resume" of the events")
disposal information: case termination (Bighit entertainment)
the disposition testifies that Bighit wasn't bulk buying the albums of BTS
they argue that they were victims of rumors circulating and since they've explained it they ask the (sajaegi) case to be terminated
t/n: examples of case termination (t/n: sorry we're not really acquainted with judicial stuff so we're not sure if it's called "case termination" in English ^^;; correct us if we're wrong!)
it happens when the case is filled anonymously/when the content of the case if not grounded/no specific facts/content is too vague/etc.
I'm telling you they have nothing to hideㅋㅋ
some kid who didn't have anything better to do started accusing them
and started spreading false rumors, without any legal proofs.
so when they went on trial, the judge couldn't even sort the case
<regarding album bulk buying>
It was way too much for Bighit to buy it back by themselves, the albums were bought by either other music companies or the fans
The rumors got worse because people wanted to get on the bang wagon. To those who believed this incident, you're hopeless.
danger - 100K copies sold
I need you (2 versions) - 150K of copies sold
both Hanteo (Korean music chart) and the court testified that it wasn't sajaegi where did all the people who accused them go?
