[pannchoa] WANNA ONE SHOW HIGHLIGHTS! + CLARIFICATION

Hi PC-tizens! :)

So we're finally back from our Atlanta trip and we thought we could share with you our experience attending Wanna One's concert :) (and convince you guys to at least see them once if you have the means to of course!)

But first of all, we would like to address some issues that's been popping out recently ever since we decided to translate the infamous posts about Yoon Jisung. Once again, we would like to stress that the posts we translate =/= our opinions and we do not MAKE those posts, we merely translate them. Like some of you know, we personally know his colleague and we can assure you that we have no reason to "hate" on him (or anyone from the group). Talking with some Atlanta fans we met throughout out trip has made us realize that a big proportion of our "Twitter readers" don't know the purpose of our blog, and a lot of misunderstandings have been created in consequence. We acknowledge that we have a huge impact and power in our hands when we decide to translate some and omit others (due to time constraints or due to repetitive content) so we ask you guys to take this into consideration when reading our future posts! Again, all posts translated are found based on the "today" trending tab (not the "daily trending" hence some are trending but doesn't have a lot of upvotes, etc.) we also know that our blog has been invaded (?) by a large audience from Twitter who only skim through our tweets and ignore the purpose of our blog which makes it easy to label us as haters of XYZ based off a few negative posts we translate here and there! We were originally not that concerned because it comes with our "job", we cannot force everyone to read the disclaimer on our blog, but when we see stuff like these:

(among many others...) it does make us a bit concerned over the people reading our blog ^^;;
We didn't end up revealing our identity in the chat, because we were a bit scared but we just wanted to remind once again, to new readers, that all we do is translate trending posts.
Our blog is not PURELY positive, nor negative. We don't try to keep it balanced either, in sum, we only try to translate what is trending to show you guys an insight on what PANN looks like. (Again, PANN =/= the general public)

Now! Let's get to the juicy stuff :)
Wanna One's show has been a super great experience! The show was well structured and all the numbers were really entertaining ^_^ Overall, it was a great show! (With a lot of fanservice <3)
Here is our recollection of each member:

1. Yoon Jisung
His DJ performance was seriously one of the best performances of the night. He is really good at interacting with the fans and he really doesn't care about who your bias is, if he sees you in the crowd, he'd just wave at you with a big smile. Also, he's one of the members who touched us the most when performing those sad/ballady songs :') he really knows how to channel the emotions (tbh got teary listening and watching him)! The stage where he stood out the most was definitely Forever + 1. His voice is so stable and he looks so sorrowful when singing, it looked like the song was made for him.

2. Ha Sungwoon
He's super cute when he performs, but during the ment moments, he's a real man. We've seen some fans being disappointed because of his attitude, but in our opinion, we found him really cool (DISCLAIMER because we saw some people reacting to this, it's not in a negative way, I guess some fans wanted to see his cute side, but he showed a more manly/cool side :p a bit like Jihoon). We can say he has a gap (?) in his fairy image and his tsundere image? :P He's the coolest when he dances, he really uses all his limbs and his hair flips are GOLD. His solo stage was great as expected from our small giant, but the song where he stood out the most was Light. He just kills the chorus every time and his facials are perfection. Apparently he caught a cold, so his nose was a bit runny, but it didn't show in his performance at all!

3. Hwang Minhyun
Okay...Where to begin, you guys all know how much the PC admin likes HMH! :P He's definitely a prince, cold vibes, but he stares into your soul. Not gonna lie, but we were shook when we saw him go full out during the performance (since he's not known to be the dancer of the group)! Though he struggled a bit during his solo stage, it was cute to see :P Also, his voice condition wasn't optimal on that day, so he looked a bit concerned, but still, heart-fluttering fanservice was on point. He also seems to have given himself to mission to make eye contact to all of his fans in the crowd, so if you're a Minhyun fan, make it obvious!

4. Ong Seongwu
He's another case of "I don't care who your bias is, I'm going to wreck your list" he doesn't discriminate when it comes to his fans or other members' fans, he just gives fanservice to everyone. His voice was the biggest shock, even more shocking than Jaehwan and Sungwoon (maybe because we expected the latter two to be pretty good already XD). We had goosebumps over his chorus in Wanna Have. We might be repeating ourselves, but this guy is the whole package (and so much fanservice TT_TT <3)

5. Kim Jaehwan
He's just a cool kid. He doesn't really have the idol image (not at all) and that's what's captivating about him and makes him stand out from the rest. He's just a chill guy :P Very cool with the members and very cool with the fans, he doesn't do over the top fan service, and he's the type who doesn't need to try to be loved (?) His singing during his solo stage was amazing, but to be honest, we couldn't tell whether it was lipsynced or not since part of the show was pre-recorded and part was live (sorry!!;;). One word to describe him as a whole : cool. xD

6. Kang Daniel
Daniel is just a flirt. He flirts with the entire audience and he's probably the one who does the most one-on-one fanservice with his fans i.e. taking a selfie with their phones, hand shaking them, etc. He would also throw casual winks during performances (yes, he even did one during I'll Remember when everyone else were in their sad state, which was pretty funny xD). He also tried his best to speak in English the entire time, which showed his progression from the first stage in San Jose! :3
PS. His hair was literally on point the entire show, he should keep that hair forever.

7. Park Jihoon
He's the flower boy of Wanna One, hands down. He also was full on "man-Jihoon" the whole time (until he was told to act cute), which was refreshing to see :P His dancing was also really cool! Some people might have complaints about his slack-offy dancing, but when you see it on stage, it completely gives a different vibe to it. It was actually really entertaining to see!

8. Park Woojin
Straight up the best dancer in Wanna One, in our opinion. He did 2 special stage. One with PJH and one with KDN, and he killed both of it. He just seems so comfortable with his choreography that he does it effortlessly, so he's able to put some "ad-lip"(?) into it, which makes it entertaining to watch. He would also use this to his advantage and interact with the fans during songs while changing bits of the choreography! :) He also responds well to fans calling his name in the crowd during ments (as long as it doesn't interfere with the flow!)

9. Bae Jinyoung
He gave us the biggest shock of the night. He's just SO charismatic on stage, from his dancing, to his facials, to his overall stage command. He could easily be solo in the future if he could! His singing is also stable and he knows how to express various emotions through different songs :) His head is also FREAKING small, like... you have to sit super close to the stage to be able to see him XD jokes aside, he looked a ton better in real life than on screen! A rediscovery of Bae Jinyoung!

10. Lee Daehwi
He's such a kind and sweet person. He interacts with the fans a lot, and he would pass them the mics and react to the fans' reactions. It's really heart warming(?) to see him on stage. He gives off this "stable" and "reassuring" vibe and he looks very comfortable during ments (probably because he speaks English!). His solo stage was also very cool since he was able to showcase his piano skills. He really seemed like he enjoyed his time the whole show :)

11. Lai Guanlin
Apparently Guanlin got sick since day 1 of their American tour, so his conditions weren't the best. It kinda showed during his performances, like he wasn't all there, but the crowd really pumped him (a big chunk of the crowd was Guanlin fans) so it gave him some confidence! His solo stage was the cutest thing ever XD He was showcasing his popping skills, and he looked so excited when doing it!

In OUR opinion,
Best stage: Wanna Have
Best solo stage: Yoon Jisung, Bae Jinyoung

Now, some of you might've heard about an episode from when Jaehwan and Jisung went to a restaurant late at night to have some food.

This story apparently created a lot of misunderstandings among both Korean and Int'l fans. And actually, our friend was the one who paid for their meal in Atlanta and she personally requested us to upload this on our blog to explain the situation so that both her and the boys stop getting uselessly dragged (?)

Lastly, she really wanted to stress the fact that
1. The boys were NOT drinking heavily (they were only sharing a drink together and didn't even finish it).

2. She did NOT follow them around, they arrived after she finished her meal and she just wanted to pay and leave without causing a fuss

3. The pictures that were uploaded on Twitter were NOT uploaded by her, it was uploaded by someone else. She did not want to share this story on Twitter and hopes that people can understand that she did her best to protect the boys' privacy

Thank you for anyone who had enough time to spare to reach to the end of this post ^^!! And sorry for this TL:DR, we couldn't really make it shorter XD

We hope that you enjoyed reading this post and that this can help clarify some misunderstandings!
