basically Pledis reopened the fanclub recruiting for Nu'est's fancafe but all the new LOVEs aka LOVE 2.5 will have more priority than the people not in the fanclub more less priority over the original LOVE who are already in the fancafe
Pledis recently uploaded notice for LOVE 2.5th recruitment - paying half the usual price for membership but only getting membership card and given 2nd priority order after LOVE 2nd in ticketing.
