definitely not, Nam Taehyun has a robust lower body and his upper body is skinny and his shoulders-line is droopy. but the person on the picture his arms are kinda fleshy (?) and just seeing how he holds his phone, you can tell that he's a totally different person.....? I think that they just have similar style

I thought it was Nam Taehyun at first but I kept looking at the picture and even his eyebrows are different and his lower body is different too.. Nam Taehyun is not that skinny..

he looks like Nam Taehyun but it's funny how people are debating on whether it's him or notㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋif he ends up not being Nam Taehyun, then he's totally a doppelganger. but if it's him it's funny how he's just in open spaces like that even though he's a celebrityㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
