If you consider the songs that Jonghyun wrote 13 years ago, his list would be enormous.. The reason why his S songs are so small is because Jonghyun has composed some songs with his other group called We Freaky. His crew is composed of him and 2 other friends (1 is now married and the other one went to the army), so he was basically the only one composing. In other words, Jonghyun = We Freaky.
