I'm seriously on the whiter side for my skin but I have so much hair? It's better to have no hair, they're stressing me out...

For the hair, you can just shave it right, but for your skin to get whiter you need to get those injections? So I choose the skinㅇㅇ

You can just shave if you have hair, but you can't change your skin color..
