Whenever someone hits 1 million views on youtube, they think it's US/Europe level and go maniac with their media play. But seriously 80% of the people who buy stuff from SM and YG aren't even people who watch youtube, but Japanese, this is the truth.
The uncomfortable truth is that Korean idols all think they're world famous, when their sales are only connected to Japan.

But if you look at it, there are a lot of Koreans who enjoy Maroon5 and Adele in Korea and they're famous too, but Koreans don't even represent 1% of their sales

What is your point? Why would it be an uncomfortable truth? Anyways, the more views you have the more cash you make also. And the more views you have on Youtube, the more famous you're in Japan too you know? Like Bigbang
