That person is not GD's manager. GD's manager is called Sunho! That guy is GD's private manager. GD went to Paris for an exhibition of his brand Plusminusone. There were foreign celebs there and Sulli went there too. They followed each other so I think they're close to each other, but GD and Sulli's ideal types are really far from each otherㅇㅇ (And GD said that Yoona was his ideal type, not Sulli)
