[enter-talk] I SERIOUSLY FEEL THAT SM IS QUITE HUMANE

Those trainees who've been there for more than 3~4 years and can't debut who are in charge of singing or dancing are introduced in other companies where they already have a group that's about to debut

There was a trainee who came from US who proved it some time ago, he wrote his anecdotes as a trainee and it didn't seem half as bad as people thought
even the staff looked nice

Look at Ji Hansol (ex SM rookies)
He just attended Taemin's concert as a backdancer
He didn't leave SM, but instead pursued dancing only

SM seems more humane than I thought

For SM, as long as they don't go on a power trip, they look quite responsible? Those kids who turns out bad for their groups all become dance trainers, vocal trainers, or musical actors

SM are never the ones who throw their singers away in the first place.

Is this what happened to Trax? Jangmo..? There's this guy who said that he doesn't understand why SM keeps renewing his contract even though he's not famous anymore.. I'm quite touched from SM..☆

That's right, it's always funny when I read those comments saying that SM are trying to block their kids' path
