After I eat my dinner at night, I don't wanna eat anything anymore but I still go to the kitchen and look in the fridge

When I'm not hungry, I'm still hungry ㅠ For real, every time I go to my friend's home, we finish eating and out of habit I say "Ah I'm hungry" and they give me more food again
