[teens stories] WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO DIET?

For me, I didn’t eat anything with flour for 2 months and I lost 5 kg. I know that everyone’s body is different  but even so, I only eat flour once or twice per month. What about you? What’s your best diet tip?

I stopped eating flour, I felt much fresher in the morning and my body felt lighter but then, I also became much grumpier…

If you sleep feeling hungry, you will feel lighter the next morning?? If you do that at the same time as exercising you’ll lose weight.

You have to enjoy being hungry. I feel especially hungry at night but once I endure it, it’s much easier to endure your hunger in the future. If you try it just once, you'll start hating feeling full

Don’t you lose weight when you’re going through a rough time? I lost so much weight because of that

Sleep..? During vacation, your sleeping hours change right? So I think that’s how I lost weight

Seriously, sleeping really made me lose weight. I used to wake up super late and then only eat 1 meal? So I was able to lose 4 kg in just 1 week. But at the same time, I think that the condition of my body became bad so I think that it’s gonna collapse soon.
