[enter-talk] WAVEYA'S FEEDBACK FOR THEIR SCHOOL UNIFORM AND MESH COSTUME

I'm a Waveya fan and I'm putting this post to light... They really learn dances fast and dance well ㅠㅠ
But they have a lot of controversies regarding their costumes,
So there are a lot of people who pointed this out and thought it was weird... Because it's their freedom to wear whatever they wantㅠㅠ
But the thing is that RV got into a huge costumes controversy this time because of their school uniform.

They wore school uniforms with mesh stockings.
But the RV fans actually agreed with the public's opinion.
They got criticized for sexually objectifying school school uniforms..

So Waveya also got caught in a controversy and released a feedback but..

(t/n: the comment on top is saying how they danced well but could've chose another costume to wear because they are turning school uniforms into something that is sexually objectified)

(the comment is toooo long so we'll skim over)
Basically they're saying how they agree with what he/she said but there are lots of female groups with the school uniform concept. They say that it's their own freedom to choose whatever they want to wear. And that people who actually find that this is an issues are actually the ones who are problematic. They then bring up Lady Gaga who's known for her extravagant costumes like that bandage costume she wore and Rihanna who does poll dancing. They basically tell them that if you don't like those and find it too sexy to not watch them. They then mention how music videos have changed since back in the days how now it's just like a drama you see bed scenes, kiss scenes, etc. There are singers like IU who are still very "conservative" but there are way more singers who don't follow this pattern anymore.

I'm kinda disappointed in themㅠㅠ
There are so many people defending them in the comments on top of that

So people are saying here that EXO and BTS are sexually objectifying uniforms because they wear uniforms and dance provocatively? No? Their dances aren't even subjective and they wear long sleeves and long pants. Those 2 youtubers are wearing super short skirts and leg garters, etc. They are going for the sex appeal so that's why its problematic...

Isn't it problematic to wear uniforms and to give sex appeal?? Seeing people say "you killed it" and "you guys are sexy" makes me frown so much. Yeah it's the same thing as seeing grown women acting sexy with a bib on

They're basically a dance team who copies off singers and make everything more sexual while wearing some school uniforms, I can't find them likable, they should know their limits

I really wish they did something with their costumes, that dance isn't even provocative to start with, but they purposely dressed provocatively made it sexual, they aren't even bad dancers, they're actually pretty good
