[teens stories] GUYS SAID THAT THEY DON’T LIKE GIRLS WITH DEEP VOICES

I’m a 17 y.o. girl who goes to high school and I have a super husky voice and it’s super low too. Every day, there’s someone who tells me that my voice is unexpected and ask me if I smoke or something. Ever since middle school, I heard a guy I was close with talking to his friend about me. He said that he knows someone who’s pretty (I’m seriously not trying to brag), but that he was shocked after hearing my voice and that it turned him offㅋㅋㅋㅋ when I heard that, I got annoyed and mad but I’m seriously curious about whether guys really don’t like girls with low voices so I’m writing hereㅠㅠㅠ because there’s a sunbae I like currently, I was worried that he wouldn’t like me back because of my voice..

Isn’t it the same thing as girls who prefer guys with deep voices though…? It’s not that guys hate girls with low voices but I think that it kinda breaks their expectations?

You’re the same as me. Me too, my looks are different from my voice. Even guys told me about it when I speak with them…

If you see it the other way, girls also find guys with high and nasally voices so-so no?... that’s just the same thing
