Isn't this quite severe? Even if you were to kick someone out of your company, you should at least have some basic ethics, I was starring at the picture and she's the only one without makeup and it's obvious the cordi didn't take care of her either, she probably tied her own hair like that. Her makeup is so off compared to the other one, if it was me, I wouldn't even go on stage.
