T/N: Comparison between people who live in the North vs in the South. Basically, says how people from the North have whiter skin and tend to look chubbier.

Northern people's characteristics:
- The cold has preservation properties
- Strong against the cold
- Hates settling down
- Pulling strength (?) is stronger
- Nomad, hunters

Korean face since the Unified Silla Dynasty = Koreans have 80% of the Northern characteristics
In conclusion, Korean people's skin is more on the white and thick side

Having a thin skin is the worst thing for your skin


There's no lime (calcium hydroxide) in our water which allows for a cleaner cleanse
Korean water is more granite-based so there's almost no lime

No wonder that there are a lot of case where people say that their skin will become worse when they go on vacation overseas.

Not 88% but 95% of our characteristics are those of Northern people. If you look at the handsome celebrities, they are all from the North. When I see Southern people, they look almost more Western to me?

I'm seriously so thankful that we don't have lime in our water. I lived in Africa for 6 months and all their water contained lime. If you wash your clothes with the tap water, and for my skin... there was so much acme. My skin usually doesn't get pimples easily (but as for my blackheads, you can clearly see them even from afar ^^)
