It was the afternoon of the 5th at Topsan primary school, Kangseo-gu in Seoul.
The school opened a "forum of debate for the establishment of a public institution for special-education in Kangseo area". The disabled students' parents all knelt down to appeal for the establishment of a special-education school.

To be honest, do you really think that the residents that area would welcome a disabled school with opened arms?; Seeing the disabled person;s scandals nowadays (?), I oppose to this... The disabled men are too scary

I can understand the residents of that area. This school is not for the physically disabled, but for the mentally disabled kids. They have perfectly normal bodies, but they're so strong, and they have a lot of sexual drives, but since they're not self-aware, they don't know what they're doing. When our country's people get sexually harassed by disabled people, they don't even know what to do, in order to show our understanding, we often disregard the victim's plead and side with the assailant. It's obvious that from the residents' perspectives, they wouldn't want to expose their kids to this potential danger. If they want to build a school like that, they would need a special school bus to commute and also guards around the school to ensure the safety.

I can understand that we need to accommodate for physically disabled people, but mentally disabled...
