This is just additional protective measures. They can't manage anything yet they go and write some "XX Dome tour in discussion" articles based on some Korean survey to media play and pretend they're doing well so their stocks can go up ㅋㅋㅋㅋ To sum up, he doesn't even think about Black Pink's future, he's basically sacrificing Black Pink for the sake of earning some stocks for himself. Do you really think he would do a tour like that if he really thought of his artists? He said that he's preparing a new hoobae girl group, he's just going to replace them like CL.

There's barely a month before their concert and so much seats are left? If we disregard the fact they have 10K seats where you can't see and empty seats, that they didn't do the invitation promotion thing, do you think they will be able to fill 7 thousands through invitations?
