It's nice that they have a profit sharing plan for singers they want to renew with but for singers to sign a 10 years contract, they actually don't receive that much in return

I knew that EXO's contract was 10 years long, but I know that somewhere in the middle, they changed it to 7 years since it was the standard. I think that EXO had this and they changed the law after that, but this is not retroactive.
