The court has issued their decision for the application on damages for exclusive contract suspension which was previously filed by Wanna One's singer Kang Daniel against LM Entertainment.
Yulchon lawyer said that he will be able to promote in the entertainment industry independently from LM based on the court's decision.
LM previously sold Kang Daniel's contract to a third party which contained most of the exclusive rights to his promotions. Kang Daniel said that he did not agree with these terms and that the mutual trust was broken. The court suspended the exclusive contract between Kang Daniel and LM Entertainment, and LM will not be able to engage in any contract negotiation, sign any contracts, or interfere with any of Kang Daniel's individual activities.
