The Burning Sun gate's investigation is coming to an end soon.
On the 30th of April, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency summoned Choi Jonghoon under the allegations of sexual assaults from 1 PM until 1 AM of the 1st.
Choi Jonghoon was suspected of sexual assaults as victim A, female, came forward and testified as being a victim of rape. A accused the members of the group chat of sexually assaulting her and sharing her voice files, pictures, conversation, etc. in the group chat.
However, Choi Jonghoon denied the charges of rape.
Seungri was summoned on the same day for prostitution charges. He offered prostitutes to Japanese businessmen who visited Korea back in 2015. This scandal took another momentum when it was revealed that he used YG's credit card to pay for hotel expenses where the prostitution took place.
At that time, Yoo Inseok, CEO of Yuri Holdings acknowledged Seungri's hotel payments. However, he denied everything else.
