[enter-talk] THE REASON WHY SHARON STONE'S MOVIES ARE BANNED IN CHINA ㄷㄷ (VIOLENCE)

Sharon Stone is facing a ban on the showing of her films in China after suggesting the recent earthquake that killed up to 67,000 people may have been the result of "bad karma" over the country's occupation of Tibet.

Stone, 50, who was speaking to reporters at the Cannes film festival, criticized the Chinese government's actions in Tibet and directly linked them to the disaster:

"I've been concerned about how should we deal with the Olympics, because they are not being nice to the Dalai Lama, who is a good friend of mine," she said.

"And then all this earthquake and all this stuff happened, and I thought, is that karma - when you're not nice that the bad things happen to you?"

A YouTube video of Stone making the comments has provoked fury amongst the online community and angered members of the Chinese film industry.

Even if I lived in China for a long time, I seriously couldn't understand them. They seemed crazy. We couldn't talk even about the Northeast Project at all (T/N: or "Goguryeo controversies" - China claimed that Goguryeo was part of China while Korea claimed that it's theirs) ㅎㅎCurrently, in WeChat, there's not anything about the Hong Kong situation. Is this for real?....

They are enemies of humanity. China is the one of the lands with the most genocides happening. It's f*cking terrible.... even so, the victims are too powerless so they have no way of letting the rest of the world know about them

Sharon Stone is a Buddhist so it seems like she understands Tibet's situation well.. I thought that she'd apologize because of the Chinese money but I find her conviction cool
