Amid the controversy over the transparency of donations, it was revealed that the Justice Memory Regiment(JMR) didn't donate the winter supplies to comfort women victims including Lee YongSu and Kwak YeNam grandmothers given by BTS fanclub. They pointed out that JMR is discriminating against comfort women.
It was revealed that Lee Yongsu passed away in December 2018 and Kwak Yenam in March 2019 and never received the padded jackets that were donated to them. Back then, Army revealed that they have matched every donations to the number of victims (padded jacket, socks, jumpers, hand sanitizers, mangos, kiwis, etc.).
They revealed that the House of Sharing only donated to 6 of the grandmothers, but couldn't validate that all grandmothers received the donations.
