The Court sentenced 2 women in their 30's for stealing a flight passengers list and cancelling another passenger's reservation.
The Incheon District Court sentenced A (34, female) to two years of probation and 160 hours of social service, on the 23rd of June, for violation of the law on promotion of information network use and information protection.
In addition, B (30, female) was handed over to the court for allegedly obstructing the work and was also sentenced for 2 years of probation and 160 hours of social service back in April.
According to the court, A illegally obtained a list of business class passengers on a domestic flight where an idol group member was on back in October 25th 2019. The list included the passengers' names and reservation numbers among other things which A and B used to cancel another passenger's seat.
It was found that the crime was committed in order to sit near to the idol member in question.
