[naver] HAN RIVER'S UNIVERSITY STUDENT'S FUNERAL IS OVER... CAUSE OF DEATH IS STILL UNKNOWN FT. NEW PHONE FOUND

The funeral procedure for Son Jungmin, 22, an university student who was found missing and dead in Han River Park, Seoul, has concluded, but the cause of death is still unknown. Son's father is raising the possibility of murder, and more than 300,000 citizens participated in the Blue House public petition to reveal the truth behind the incident.

According to the police on the 6th, the Seocho Police Station in Seoul has secured a CCTV footage near the Han River Park where Son Jungmin was missing, and a vehicle's black box, and is making all efforts to reconstruct the situation on the day. Noteworthily, they are looking to see if there is a video that reveals anything about Jungmin.

The police is also working on forensic work on Son's mobile phone, which Son's friend, A, had. On the day of the incident, A was known to consumed alcohol with Jungmin and claimed that he returned home with Jungmin's cell phone, not his own, while drunk.

The whereabouts of A's mobile phone is still unknown. On the 4th, a civilian rescuer found a broken iPhone near the accident site and submitted it to the police, but it turned out that the iPhone was not Jungmin's friend's.

Jungmin's father, who is raising the suspicion of potential murder, submitted a petition to the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office on the 4th, pointing out the incomplete part of the initial police investigation and demanding a complete investigation. In the complaint, it included suspicions about
- Why did A hid the fact that he made a call at 3:30AM during the first meeting after the disappearance?
- Why did A swap phones with Jungmin?
- Why did A threw away the shoes he wore at that time?
etc.

Immediately after the discovery of Jungmin's body, the police requested an autopsy to the National Institute of Scientific Investigation, but due to the severe damage/corruption on the body, accurate autopsy results are expected to be released only by the middle of this month. At the time of discovery, there were two cuts the size of two fingers on the back of the left ear of Jungmin's body, but it is reported that these cuts weren't the cause of death.

Reveal the conversation between A and his mom that night. We need to confirm with the mom to see why were the phones swapped
> Just why in the hell aren't they summoning A's parents and not investigating that phone??
> People are wondering why we're asking the parents to be investigated? Because those parents are the same people who called the suspect and rushed to Han river in the middle of the night!!!! What were they afraid of that they rushed to Han river during the middle of the night to search for? Why aren't they able to reveal their apartment's CCTV? Why can't they reveal the black box of the car they took during that night? Why did they throw away their son's shoes that he wore on that day?
> This 100% proves that the parents were the ones who swapped the phones after learning what happened that night

As soon as I open my eyes in the morning everyday, I'm reading articles about this case. This is the extent of the national reaction right now. The reason is because the police is just beating around the bush and throwing away the public's interest. They need to show us that their job's duty is for the public's interest, but they're not doing any of that. We're going to have to undress them through our criticism. Yet they claimed that they were fighting the right fight

Who was the person in white carrying Jungmin during the 4:31AM CCTV?

Han River isn't a place where you can easily recover a phone. If it kept ringing after the incident and it was turned off at 7AM, the phone can be at a completely different location from the incident now. If that friend bast*rd is really the culprit, and that Jungmin's phone is with him, he would've destroyed all the evidence in it in his house already

The police will be remembered as an embarrassment if they can't solve this case!

[naver] THE APPEARANCE OF A NEW PHONE... "HAN RIVER UNIVERSITY STUDENT'S DEATH" FATHER "I NEED TO CLEAR ALL DOUBTS"

It is reported that a private search team searching for the phone of the late Son Jungmin, who was found missing and dead in the Han River Park, and the cell phone of his friend A, who was with him at the time of the disappearance, found another iPhone near Han river.

On the 5th, a private search team secured an iPhone that could possibly be A's mobile phone.

In this regard, Son Hyun (50), Jungmin's father, said, "Some say that even if you find A's cell phone, you can't trust the police, so don't leave the forensics to the police and leave it to a private company." "However, I still think that if the phone is found, the police should have it in the end".

He said, "Anyways, wouldn't the police need to validate whether the phone is A's or not." he said. "There is also the public's trust in play with the police validation".

A's mobile phone is regarded as a strong evidence to determine Jungmin's actions and cause of death before passing away.

On the 25th of last month, the day of his disappearance, A fell asleep drunk in the Han river park with Jungmin, and then went home alone at 4:30 a.m. and took Jungmin's mobile phone instead of his iPhone. It is known that A was drunk and stated that he had brought Jungmin's cell phone incorrectly.

As a result, there was speculation that Jungmin was in possession of A's mobile phone, but it is said that there was no mobile phone in his possessions when Jungmin's body was discovered on the 30th of last month.

Responding to this, Son replied, "So many people are voluntarily searching for (A's) phones," and "In fact, these people have high distrust in the current investigation."

When Son submitted a petition to the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office pointing out the incomplete part of the initial police investigation, he explained, "I am asking to clarify the suspicion properly, not to disregard the police's work."

He added, "I feel the need to explain the reason for having to go through the police phone validation even to those who are not trusting the police."

Son said, "All [suspicions] be resolved so that there is no doubt about the death of my son," "I hope the police do not approach the case with a premature cause of death already prepared."

He said, "There are parts that doesn't please me and that I feel are incomplete in the current police investigation, but I think that you will gain nothing from fighting against the police," "I hope the police will not leave any suspicions out so that the investigation will not leave them feeling embarrassed."

In particular, he added, "The police claim that they are open to investigate all eventualities, but in reality, whenever I hear that they may draw a line on the 'possibility of being murdered', I get anxious."

Son added, "Doesn't the feeling differ depending on how you express the same story?" He added, "They can easily make my anxiety go down just by saying "We can't conclude he accidentally fell" instead".

The parents are saying they trust the police while appealing to the media in case they get backstabbed. They're doing such a good job, I can completely relate to these parents. Find strength

A police reform is urgent

This is an incident that the entire nation from the capital area are closely watching. There will be a significant number of parents who will want to go and help them find their phones when they have time too. The phone was thrown on the riverside of Han river and they were already able to find 2 phones so far. It's not like it's a trend to throw away Iphones in Han river, so if people come across a phone, it's not like they'll just walk past. Because Jungmin could've been anyone's son, I feel like this case will likely be resolved even if it takes time

"I Want to Know" can do way better than hundreds of policemen. The culprit better turn themselves in quickly

The whole nation is watching. The police needs to get to work
