They were attending different middle schools in Cheongju area. They left their suicide notes and jumped off the rooftop together of the 22nd floor of Ochang's apartment. Earlier, the police arrested suspect B's stepfather C, who raped A, and applied for a warrant of arrest on charges of violating the Special Act on the punishment of sexual assault crimes.
