Bang Sihyuk, gifted 478,695 shares to 7 members
Jin 4.8 billion won, RM 3.2 billion won, J-Hope 1.8 billion won
BTS members sold about 10 billion won worth of HYBE stocks from last October to early November. Last year, Chairman Bang Sihyuk, the largest shareholder of HYBE, gave a total of 470,695 shares of common stock equally to seven BTS members prior to the company's listing.
According to the electronic disclosure system of the Financial Supervisory Service on the 2nd, BTS members Jin, J-Hope, and RM sold a total of 9,99,983 billion won in HYBE stocks from October to early November.
The stock price of HYBE has been moving from the 200,000 to 300,000 won bracket in the second half of this year, but has seen a full-fledged surge since mid-October due to expectations for the resumption of on-site concerts held after two years.
Jin sold the most stocks. On October 19th, Jin sold 16,000 HYBE stocks at 302,688 won per share and cashed 4.843 billion won. On October 22, J-Hope sold 5,601 shares at 330,063 won per share to cash 1.859 billion won.
RM sold 10,385 shares on the market seven times from October 13th to November 9th, for a total of 3,2469.4 billion won. The selling price is a minimum of 282,500 won (October 13) and a maximum of 388,750 won (November 9).
The stock price of HYBE rose even after the BTS members sold them, reaching 421,500 won on the 17th of last month. Based on the closing price of the last day (352,500 won), the valuation of each HYBE stock per person was 24.1 billion won each, J-Hope 22.1 billion won, RM 20.4 billion won, and Jin 18.5 billion won.

2. What's problematic about rising the stock price because they sold it? So what's wrong about selling it when the price is raising? Are people only okay with them selling when the price will drop? Or during a market crash? People will complain again if they sell when it's dropping too, saying how it'll drop even more if they sold. The timing of selling stocks should be up to you.
