Another year has came to an end :D And our Favorites of the Year is back~ :)

Some of you really liked our favorites from years back and asked if we could do it monthly, but we usually are pretty picky when it comes to music, so it's hard for us to pick favorites monthly. So we prefer to stick to a few songs for months if we really like them ^^;;
We hope that you guys can give these artists a listen on your free time and please share with us any songs that you liked so far in 2017! ^o^)/
Non-kpop ranking:
3. THE BLACK SKIRTS // Who Do You Love (나랑 아니면) // LISTEN here
This band is form Hghgrnd and has been around for a while now~ Their songs are usually a hit or miss for us but you should definitely give Who Do You Love a try if you never listen to their songs :D If you like hipstery MVs, you will love this one~
2. O.When // No One Else (없네) // LISTEN here
He was probably one of our biggest discovery this year :D All his songs are pretty good (you really really really should give him a listen if you've never heard of him) and his voice sounds like Hyukoh which is a plus <3 If you want to hear more from him, please also listen to Today (오늘 here) although he released it last year ;;
1. Hyukoh // Tomboy (톰보이) // LISTEN here
You might have guessed from the song above, but we LOVE Hyukoh <3 (he's probably our favorite artist from Korea XD). We might be biased but this song is so good and unique.. and his voice is... A.R.T <3 The lyrics to Tomboy are very well written too so please give him a listen! It's only 4 min ;w;
K-hiphop ranking:
(We haven't listened to a lot of K-hiphop this year, so if you know some good songs, definitely let us know!)
3. CHILDWOOD // Balloon (풍선) // LISTEN here
Ok.. we're preeeetty sure that 99.9% of the people here don't know this song or the artists in this song, and that's why you should give them a listen and be an early bird ;D We didn't listen to their other stuffs and just stumbled on this song by accident but we kept listening to it since then :)
2. OSSHUN GUM // Osshun Waves // LISTEN here
This song is from the same guy who was on High School Rapper, Choi Hamin :D (We didn't really watched the show though... :S) He actually released this song last year but he only started promoting it this year which is why he's in our ranking :) The song he did for the finale on HSR was also pretty solid (listen here) so please give both songs lots of love :D
1. MILLIC (FT. FANXY CHILD) // Paradise // LISTEN here
This song is so well-put together from the instrumental, the beats to the raps and singing. Usually, we find raps with featurings a bit messy, but Millic really did a good job here <3 For those who don't know who Fanxy Child are, it's a group with Korean hip hop artists who are born in 1992 (Zico, Crush, Penomeco, Dean, Millic and Staytune) :>
Kpop ranking:
3. UHM JUNG HWA // Ending Credit // LISTEN here
This song just came out (2 weeks ago) but we liked it as soon as the first beat dropped. And the 80's vibes are so strong in this MV which is pretty refreshing to see <3 This song is super easy to listen to and very feel-good-y so we're sure that you guys will like it as much as us! :D Uhm Junghwa is also a babe <3
2. SUZY // Pretend (행복한 척) // LISTEN here
This song has that old Hong Kong movies vibe which is pretty interesting coming from JYP XD There's no MV but the song charted pretty well in Korea despite the little promo~ <3 so if you haven't listened to it yet, now's the time ^o^
1. IU // Through the Night (밤편지) // LISTEN here
Unlike the other songs above, we're pretty sure that 99.9% of you here have already heard of this song at least once so there's no need for us to promote this XD IU's music was consistently good this year, just as expected ;D
