This international fan purchased EXO albums on Synara, but she ended up receiving BTS albums at the same time

Because BTS did sajaegi and their company has relations with Synara


So the I-fans took the receipt and went to ask Synara directly


In the end, Synara's response sounded like "Why would we send out albums of BTS, we've never done it"




Bangtan's fans also went to confirm it and Synara revealed that the buyer bought 3 EXO albums, but then used another ID to purchase Bangtan's albums



This issue blew up overseas about how that person made a fake story from Synara
And the EXO fans found that person's number but she didn't pick up

1. There was an I-fan who claimed that she purchased 3 albums from CBX through Synara but received a BTS album as a package deal, she revealed the receipts on Twitter and ranted about it

2. The international EXO fans who saw this happened started accusing BTS of committing sajaegi, that mocked them for sending out copies as package deals

3. The receipt number, the order number and all the information started to propagate, so the international Bangtan fans took it and went to ask Synara.

4. In the end, Synara said "Why would we send out fake orders for Bangtan? We confirm that she ordered 3 EXO CBX albums, but used another ID to order BTS' album"

This is not the fault of the whole EXO fandom, but of one person. That I-fan is degrading the singers' image overseas and faked facts so she should get sued. I personally wish that she gets the punishment she deserves

EXO fans are making it so obvious right now, just because CBX couldn't win #1, they're taking it on Twice and swearing at their #1 on the top trending post. Even as another group's fan, I'm side eyeing them, right now the Bangtan and Twice fans have reunited ㅋㅋ Why are they so ill-natured
