IU's acting isn't considered foot-acting level but I also don't think that she's lead worthy. Her tone doesn't match the character and her acting isn't good enough to cover it. Every time she speaks, it becomes awkward ;;

I've never felt that IU was bad at acting but I just think that her sync with the character is a bit lacking. Unless she gains weight or something, I wish that she could act a character that matches her age. Seeing her act makes her look like a 20 y.o. I feel like her character would've been better portrayed with an older actress.

I feel like Lee Dahee from Beauty Inside who has a chic image would've been better. IU just doesn't give off that vibe... She's playing a character who has lived through many generations without dying but she still looks so young to me?
