I'm from another fandom but I saw that article last year too;; it's a silk pleated skirt so it gets in between your legs no matter what and it can be drenched in cold sweats so it looks like they are just arranging the skirt with their fingers? anyone who wear those kind of skirts will have the skirt stuck in between your legs. furthermore, they were outside, so there was probably the wind factor too; it was filmed from an unfortunate angle, so we should just overlook it
