(t/n: the post is super long so we'll paraphrase!)
This post came about because IKon got into a controversy where they were allegedly being misogynistic
Here are instances where iKON members showed gender consciousness
1. 170602Park Seohyun's Love game, Jinhwan's answer
DJ: Ah, today Jinhwan ssi's baring his shoulders, he looks quite sexy... It's not a joke, Jinhwan ssi is very sexy
Jinhwan: Those are women's clothing
DJ: What? Really?
Jinhwan: Yeah
DJ: Oh Really?
Jinhwan: Yah, nowadays I wear both men and women's clothing
Donghyuk: That's right
2. Safety pins
Safety pins are worn to raise awareness about racism and sexism, anything that's about discriminating against a minority
They wear them publicly and on normal basis too
3. Heeum bracelets
Goo Joonhoe wears Heeum's bracelets on a normal basis
Heeum's bracelets' aim is to raise awareness about comfort women and women's rights in general
4. Bobby removed his jacket for a pregnant fan
you can watch the video here:

The fan later went on Twitter to write a post about it
5. When they were in China, there was an MC wearing a skirt and they went and covered her
You can watch the video here:

B.I kept looking at the girl's short skirt so he decided to take Chanwoo's jacket that was on the chair and cover it

1. Hmmm..... I don't know what to think anymore
> I like them a lot, but what they did was way too severe
2. I think that our standards of "jokes related to women" are way too overboard, you guys act like you've never joked around. They should of course be a little bit more careful when dressing up as girls and acting around, but to define their personalities off what they did is too damn much
3. I saw the video where they were cross dressing and it really started as a joke, but it escalated way too hard. Of course their actions were questionable, but to say that they're misogynistic is too much. They showed that they're conscious about genders on normal days, so I wish they can be more careful next time
4. Seriously I still think that they were just joking as friends.... the bashing went too overboard
5. It was too much to say that they are misogynistic seriously...
6. I'm not saying that they didn't do anything wrong and their actions weren't questionable, I'm just saying that associating them with misogyny is wrong..
7. I just hope they start being a bit more mature from now on
ㅠㅠㅠ
8. Even though it's not misogyny, I still can't understand why they decided to act like this in their concerts. It's not like they hate on women, but their actions were still problematic
9. The only thing I can say is that they should be careful next time
10. But it's still wrong to lift skirts like that thinking it's normal, it's not misogyny... But sexual harassment
