[teens stories] MY DOUBLE EYELID SURGERY IS AFAIL, I WANT TO DIE

I’ve written a post about it before too but it’s just like the title states, my double eyelids surgery is a fail.
It’s been 5 months since my surgery and I’ve gotten them done during the winter break of my 2nd year of high school.
 
Doesn’t it usually take around 6 months until your eyelids start to look natural? My eyelids are still so puffy and it looks like the swelling isn’t going away. The inner corners look so exaggerated and I seriously just want to kill myself. I know that there are people who think that I shouldn’t have thoughts like this over this but I kept wanting to go back to how I used to look like before and just wear makeup instead  ㅠ I hate seeing myself in the mirror too. I don’t think that I can maintain my sanity anymore. To be honest, this is the style of eyes that I really don’t like that seeing how my eyes look exactly like that style in the mirror just makes me cry. Today, I went downtown again and my friends were staring at my eyes… seriously, what should I do now?

Wait for 1 year and see. I had a friend who got hers done in the winter break when she was in her 1st year and during her 2nd year, her eyelids looked so fake but then, she became so much prettier in the 3rd year. I think that she will get even prettier once she’s in her 20’s. It’s hard to tell but the swelling is always decreasing slowly so first, don’t worry too much and just wait a bit more

My swelling fully went away after 1 year so I’m sure that yours isn’t a failed case…. Me too at first, I was like you and thought that my surgery failed and always wanted to die but it wasn’t the case.

OP-yah your surgery didn’t failㅋㅋ the outline of your eyes are pretty so why are you like this? Me too, at first, my swelling just wouldn’t go away and I hated seeing myself in the mirror. I thought that I just wasted my money away. But my friends around me kept saying how the swelling will go down and that it will turn out more natural in the end. Everyone goes through the same. The healing time is different for everyone so OP, your surgery didn’t fail and you’re pretty

Seriously, I’m not even lying to you and I find the outline of your eyes so f*cking pretty..? me too I thought that my eyelids surgery failed but then after a year and a half-ish, the swelling went down and my eyes really turned out pretty. So please just wait and see

My friend’s eyes looked exactly like yours after 6 months but then a year later, her eyes became so much more natural! Just wait a bit… personally, I think that it might just take longer for you to de-swell..! the outline of your eyes are pretty ㅎㅎ I think that they will turn out pretty as time goes by ㅎㅎ
