[teen stories] IT'S HARD TO GET BULLIED IN A BOY GROUP

I'm in a situation where I'm about to debut,
of course there are people who knew me since before my debut
There's one member in my group who has a trashy personality
seriously the face that he shows in front the the camera and the face that he shows in front of me is way too different
I, with some other members went through being a trainee with auditions, we got in through skills
my skills brought me there, but there are also people who got in through visuals
but even so, that guy is still looking down on meㅋㅋㅋㅋ 
"you came in our company through your skills while we just had to quack around, you and me are different, even if I don't have skills, I still got in" How shitty my self esteem got after that
It got so serious to the point where he started swearing at my parents without restraint 
When the supervisor who takes care of trainees comes in, that guy just pretends that nothing happened
If I went to the director about it, I can be accused of making a fuss and I can be kicked out for this
since they think that guy is more of an "asset" for the company than me
anyways .. seriously .. I'm just so fed up with this
He's not only doing that rarely, if you've endured that for years how would you feel?
I've been through so much that even if it's a shame, I can't quit anymore
I can't show that I failed to the people around me
I'm seriously tired of this and having it so hard, I can't tell anyone about this, I can't even use my phone so I use the computer secretly
There are a lot of people who won't believe what I say but
I just find this whole thing too hard, and I really want people to know but I don't wanna worry anyone
please just tell me to find strength even though it's just a word (힘내=one word in Korean) 
There's no one who've said those words to me
I'm tired and fed up, I just wished all this was a dream
