For me it's Pledis ㅠㅠ
Even though I'm a Carat, I think they're the worst company
From their copyrights issue, to the overseas promotions and their employees, they're really the worst

And the best one is Woollim!
I think it's a really good agency!The songs are all nice and they help their artists expand themselves

Not sure for the best, but the worst is definitely YG..As soon as Bigbang got big, he stop treating them well, he just gave up on 2ne1 and Minzy had to leave. As soon as Winner debuted, they entered a 1 year 6 months vaccum and Ikon was supposed to debut in January, but was pushed to September, but they still keep doing the Who is next bullsh*t everyday
