[enter-talk] PELVIC STRETCHING TECHNIQUE THAT WILL MAKE YOUR FACE LOOK DIFFERENT IN ONLY 5 MINUTES


"Pelvic stretching

If you do it for 5 minutes, you will see that your face has became somewhat prettier
I can't really explained what changed but my face did look prettier.

From the testimonies of the people around me, they have observed that they became prettier + their abdominal area has shrunken, and that they grew taller. They have also seen a change in their smile lines

I recommend doing this while watching a drama.

Tmi:
1. It's freaking easy
2. At first, you may not be able to do certain movements but just ignore it and continue doing it your way and you'll be able to fully do it at some point


First move, leg raises
1. Lay your back on the floor and face your palms up


2. Slightly pull your chin in
3. Keep your legs straight and pull up(?) your foot (t/n: just look at the picture xD)


4. Pull one leg up - you should not feel a cramp


4. Lift each leg up and down 15 times


2nd move, knees snacking
1. Lift your knees off the ground and place them slightly wider than your shoulders


2. Tilt one knee in while pressing the other knee up (it will be more efficient if someone else pressed your knees for you)


Do the same 15 times


3rd move, leg spread
1. Gather your knees together off the ground


2. Using your legs' strength, spread your legs both sides


Do this 15 times


Last move, "4" leg pull
1. Lay down straight and pull one leg in


2. Pull your bent leg with the opposite hand above your thigh
3. Do this for 15 times with both of your legs
