The arrest warrant related to the prostitution and embezzlement charges were rejected.

The judge said regarding Seungri and Yuri Holding's CEO Yoo In Seok "we have dismissed the embezzlement charges due to the legal nature of Yuri Holdings and Burning Sun, the composition of the shareholders, the withdrawwal of the funds and the use of the funds."

He added "regarding the remaining charges, it is difficult to pintpoint the reasons for the arrest such as the extent of the allegations, the extent of the suspects' involvement, the time that elapsed during the interrogation of the suspects and the collection of evidences, it is difficult at this point to recognize the reasons for imprisonment. Hence, we have dismissed the request for the arrest warrant."

ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ If they were gonna dismiss his arrest anyways, they should've imprisonned Seungri and dismiss Choi Jonghoon insteadㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Are they really trying to make us think that he's innocent?.. he's just from YG and a member of Bigbang... but why is his backing so good...?

Dismiss his arrest? ;; Dismiss!? Somehow the inspection of his arrest warrant took over 10 hours! Other celebrities get arrested right away with only 1 or 2 suspects and without much investigation. This guys have countless charges but they are dismissed?! Ridiculous.
