MBC addressed the issue with one of their staff pulling LOONA Chu's hair saying how the staff called the member for an interview by tapping on her shoulder and she didn't answer so he finally pulled her hair. They will be educating the staff for upcoming shows and apologize for pulling Chu's hair.
