For me, I didn’t eat anything with flour for 2 months and I lost 5 kg. I know that everyone’s body is different ㅎ but even so, I only eat flour once or twice per month. What about you? What’s your best diet tip?
You have to enjoy being hungry. I feel especially hungry at night but once I endure it, it’s much easier to endure your hunger in the future. If you try it just once, you'll start hating feeling full
Seriously, sleeping really made me lose weight. I used to wake up super late and then only eat 1 meal? So I was able to lose 4 kg in just 1 week. But at the same time, I think that the condition of my body became bad so I think that it’s gonna collapse soon.
