1. Up until now, there were female celebrities from one only agency who consecutively got depressed and committed suicide which doesn't seem right. Even though the company wasn't a place where they host sexual services, you're telling me that this company alone had that many female celebrities committing suicide? It's highly possible that they hired a specialist killer to hush them down in order to hide sexual crimes or things from the higher ups. They are people who were using drugs while raping the girls. So it doesn't make sense that they would hang themselves after using anesthetic drugs that leave no trace behind (T/N: not very sure about what OP is referring to). Their suicides were not ordinary either and it's suspicious (U;Nee, Jung Dabin, Choi Jinsil, Jang Jayeon). If you take Choi Jinsil as an example, no matter how depressed she was, it's weird to think that she would commit suicide in her own house with her mom and kid in it. She would at least do it in a motel or a car. Was it really a suicide?
2. Kim probably already planned on disposing Jang Jayeon.
Jang Jayeon's document was already leaked before her suicide. The content of her list was discovered by Kim so he needed to dispose of her (T/N: OP posted a link but we couldn't find it). It is possible that the content of Jang Jayeon's documents regarding sexual favors were leaked to Kim.

Choi Jinsil left a will? through a text message before killing herself. Usually, people would leave behind a small note or letter behind. By sending a text message, it's harder to confirm the hand writing and the possibility of the text messages being fake are high. Choi Jinsil also did not leave a will behind.
As for U;Nee, she also did not leave a will and killed herself. Why did she kill herself if she didn't leave a testament?
As for Jung Dabin, she left a testament? in her mini homepage. It's very possible that the killer made a fake note by hacking into her account. As expected, Jung Dabin also did not leave behind any hand-written will.
For Jang Jayeon, she already wanted to run away. She then cancelled her plastic surgery hastily, decided to go to a trip to Japan and died. And her too, she did not leave any hand-written will. (Her list isn't her will but something to fight her assailants with)
All the female celebrities from this company committed suicide without leaving a note.
6. The place they chose for their suicides were perfect
Jung Dabin killed herself in her boyfriend's house's bathroom by hanging herself with a towel. (strangling herself with a towel after getting drunk? That's hard to do)
U;Nee hang herself on her door frame in her house
Choi Jinsil died in her bathtub in her house
Jang Jayeon died by her stairway in her house
