Harley Quinn didn't start the half-half hair dyeing. Of course, you can think that it looks like Harley Quinn, but if you watch the movie or you look at DC(?), you won't think the same thing. Anyone who goes for this kind of "mystic" concept would be compared to Harley Quinn now... I personally like Teentop so I wish the company deals with this soon.
