It's not a game, just google "Destiny Child" and look at the characters. The bodies are all exaggerated like that  and they wear literally no clothes. That's not just an average otaku product, but commercializing sex, It's just disappointing to see him consuming this image of women like that.. I don't care if he did that privately but must he use it as a background?
