[theqoo] IDOLOGY CHOOSES THE BEST PHYSICAL ALBUMS OF 2018

T/N: it's kinda long to go through all the comments so we'll paraphrase :) BTW Idology is a website that only caters to idol news

#1 Sunmi - WARNING

- Elegant, electrifying, dangerous, it feels familiar yet strange. Something you can't explain but you can't help but relate

#2 Oh My Girl - Secret Garden

- They let away the weak girl image and showed something stronger. Mature sound

#3 Key - FACE

- A chilling confession, he revealed his own face through it

#4 G-idle - I am

- Sometimes, people just create irrevocable scenes as a debut album

#5 BTS - Love Yourself 'Answer'

- They replaced their debut sound that was more hip hop for a more electronic sound, an album that compiled a complete portfolio of sounds

#6 Red Velvet - The Perfect Velvet

- Clean album, they really showed the best of their work. They succeeded at mixing mature vocals with intricate sounds

#7 EXO - Don't Mess Up My Tempo

- It feels like SM lets their music soul out once every few years, this year, it went to EXO's Tempo

#8 BTS - Love Yourself 'Tear'

- Stretched their hands to the US as well as the general public through KPOP

#9 BoA - WOMAN

- Shiny and dignified appearance. A new start for BoA

#10 WSJN - WJ Please?

- Refined producing with a retro vibe

original post: here

1. All of BTS' albums in 2018 were masterpiece...Their best year

2. Not a single song from SM albums that can be thrown away..

3. Personally I think that #5 should be Tear and #8 Answer, just from the intro to the outro, it was so organic

4. G-idle's debut album was so good..

5. Sunmi's album is a masterpieceㅠㅠ  The b-side tracks are also self composed, they're all so good

6. I can acknowledge Sunmi's album, from the beginning to the end, it's just flows so well

7. I listen to Sunmi and Key's albums a lot

8. Key's album is a freaking masterpiece... I listen to every song..

9. G-idleㅠㅠ

10. I thought that Pentagon would be there.. Personally Shine's album and Naughty Boy's albums were so good
