The leader holds the members close together as the center and is also considerate of others. Whether in the company or in his team, he pulls all the weight. It might be a special case for him since he was the company's first trainee, but he's just a good person overall. There were many people who joined the fandom during Produce, and there are more individual fans now so it's inevitable that there will be more fights. But he managed to neutralize some of the friction with this. He's always thoughtful and warm and always tries to bind all the Loves together. This year, he's turning 25.
