While Yoo Inseok, co-owner of BS admitted to providing prostitution in December 24th of 2015 to a Japanese investor, calling in 10 prostitutes. Seungri maintained that he has no knowledge of it and that he did not use the company's (YG) credit card to organize the party for the Japanese investor. He used his own money. Seungri also explained that he used his own expenses, not because of prostitutes but to provide good hospitality.

The credit card was revealed to be used to pay expenses like hotel fees for Seungri's investors. One instance, used for a hotel in Seoul, which the police confirmed to have welcomed prostitutes. Seungri has paid 30 million won using YG's card.

However, another instance in 2017 was raised regarding prostitution when Seungri held his birthday party in Philippines. The police have found tens of millions of won going into Seungri's bank account coming from room salon girls. 3 girls on the guest list were mobilized. It was also confirmed money was received by the guest list's women from Seungri's side.
